DIRECTIONS
Apply The Perfect C every morning and evening to the face, neck, and décolleté. The skin should be thoroughly cleansed and dried prior to application.
 
PRO TIP
Apply gently and carefully under the eyes and along the upper brow bone (just below the eyebrow) to help tighten and lift the eye orbital area. Use once or twice weekly in this area.
